OCCUPATIONAL INJURY GRANT FOR WORKERS
- QUALIFICATION FOR APPLICATION
Workers above the age of 15, suffer from occupational injury at work in New Taipei City, hence causing death, disability, or hospitalization for consecutively 7 days. - GRANT CLASSIFICATION
(NOTED: COMMUTING INJURY IS NOT INCLUDED IN ALL THE FOLLOWING LEVELS)LEVEL AMOUNT(NTD) Death caused by occupational injury 150,000 Disability(level 1-5) caused by occupational injury 50,000 Disability(level 6-10) caused by occupational injury 25,000 Disability(level 11-15) caused by occupational injury 10,000 Being hospitalized for consecutively 7 days caused by occupational injury 5,000 - STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
Application must be filed within 6 months from the date of the accident or the approval of the labor insurance occupational injury benefits. Any overdue application will not be accepted.
