Labor Dispute

In order to provide laborers the access to legal consultation and rights protection, Labor Affairs Department has established an information counter to offer friendly, efficient and effective services.

Our Services

1. We help laborers to protect their legal rights in accordance with the law, so we handle labor disputes through mediations, and help the application regarding their labor-related benefits.

2. We provide face-to-face and telephone legal consultation.

3. We provide open information to laborers who need it for their cases or rights.

Office Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. (No service on National Holidays.)

Mediation

Applicants may go to the Labor Affairs Service Counter in New Taipei City Joint Service Center to fill in the mediation application form and file the case. Or to download the form from our website, fill it in, then fax to 02-29683093 or mail to 7 floor, No.161, Sec.1, Zhongshan Rd., Banqiao Dist., New Taipei City.
