Labor Education

1. We work with schools and enterprises to give classes of labor education and labor regulations in work places.
2. In order to strengthen the knowledge and ability of laborers in our city, we financially help labor unions to provide labor education courses.

Union Consultation

1. For the purpose of better function of labor unions and harmonious labor relations, we counsel business units and laborers to establish labor union in our city.
2. To strengthen the operation of labor unions, we put effort into the training of union staff. We also inspect the unions to see how they exercise so as to promoting their members’ rights and benefits.

Employees Welfare Organization

1. We counsel enterprises to organize employees’ welfare committee. And we provide assistance as needed.
2. We assist business units which have established employees’ welfare committee to operate and handle related welfare affairs in accordance with the law.
