To protect the rights of laborers, promote gender equality in employment, and foster a friendly work environment, this self-evaluation is designed to assist all business units to understand and abide by relevant regulations while at the same time elevate the laborers’ working conditions. The main inspection points of the Act of Gender Equality in Employment are listed below. The employers may use this self-evaluation chart to check whether they meet the standards of law.
