4. Duties

Our office consists of a Director who handles all matters related to the office, and is in charge of supervising/directing all employees; a Deputy Director is also hired to assist the Director.

Manufacturing Industry Division

Supervision/Inspection/Verification of Employment Safety and Health issues and its possible occupational hazards, verification of submitted complaints and all related matters in regards to the Manufacturing Industry.

Construction Industry Division

Supervision/ Inspection/Verification of Employment Safety and Health issues and its possible occupational hazards, verification of submitted complaints and all related matters in regards to the Construction Industry and Quarrying Industry.

Integrated Division

Responsible for the Supervision/Inspection/Verification of Employment Safety and Health issues of other industries that are not described in the preceding 2 paragraphs, supervision/inspection/verification of dangerous mechanical equipment after the issuance of a certificate and its possible occupational hazards, verification of submitted complaints and all related matters.

General Inspection Division

Execute labor conditions inspection project for all industries, counseling for business entities, promotion of safety and health activities, supervision/ inspection of educational training institutions, review of designated medical institutions, special medical check-up review, labor statistics analysis as well as other matters concerning labor affairs.

Complaint Verification Division

Verification of general labor conditions complain and exposition of labor law.

Secretary Office

Documents/File management, official document management, cashier, procurement, property management, legal affairs, research and evaluation, administration plan, information management, public relations, press releases, general affairs, and matters not belonging to other department or divisions.

Personnel Office

Handling of all matters concerning personnel management in accordance with the law.

Accounting Office

Managing all matters relating to budgeting, accounting, and statistics in accordance with the law.

Government Ethics Office

Handling of all matters concerning government ethics in accordance with the law.
