2. Organization

Our department is a subordinate of New Taipei City Government as a first level unit. We have a Commissioner, a Deputy Commissioner, a Chief Secretary, and an Assistant Director-General. There are six divisions and four offices: Labor Education and Recreation Division, Disabled Employment Service Division, Foreign Workers Service Division, Labor Organizations Division, Employment Security Division, Labor Relations Division, Secretariat Office, Personnel Office, Government Ethics Office, and Accounting Office. In addition, there are 3 secondary units under our department, which are the Vocational Training Center, Labor Standards Inspection Office, and the Employment Service Office.
