•Responsible for overall digital marketing planning and execution for the UQ official website, including SEO, SEM, and other performance-driven digital media.
•Participate in developing annual and quarterly marketing strategies to ensure channels achieve traffic, conversion, and ROI targets.
•Collaborate across departments to ensure website content and marketing activities align with brand positioning and business objectives.
2. Performance Tracking and Optimization
•Analyze and monitor the performance of all digital media on a weekly basis, prepare reports, and propose actionable optimization plans.
•Proactively solve problems to ensure project progress and KPI achievement, improving advertising ROI.
•Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, keyword strategies, and campaign settings to maximize performance.
3. Market Trends and Business Plan Integration
•Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and retail industry dynamics, and propose innovative strategies.
•Integrate internal business plans with external market needs, adjusting marketing and media strategies flexibly.
•Respond quickly to the fast-paced retail environment to ensure timely adjustments and execution of marketing activities.
