| 工作內容 |
1. Defect Classification Model Development: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, train and model an AI-based defect classification model. o Train the model using labeled data to recognize different types of defects (e.g., scratches, misalignments, foreign materials). Optimizethe model’s performance by fine-tuning hyperparameters and adjusting training parameters. 2. Library Building: o Create a comprehensive library of labeled images representing various defects. o Organize the library for easy retrieval and use by the AI system. o Continuously update the library with new examples to enhance the model’s capabilities. 3. Efficiency Enhancement: o Implement the defect classification model within the production process. o Monitor its performance and identify opportunities for efficiency gains. Collaborate with production teams to integrate the model seamlessly into existing workflows. 4. Data Accuracy and Quality Assurance:o Validate the accuracy of the model’s predictions against ground truth data. Address any discrepancies or false positives/negatives. Regularly evaluate and improve the model’s accuracy through iterative training. 5. Manpower Reduction: o Aim to reduce manual inspectione fforts by automating defect detection. Train productionstaff on using the ADC system effectively. 6. Inline Processing and Analysis: o Implement the model forreal-time defect detection during inline processing. o Analyze results and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 7. Data Collection and Sampling: o Collect and preprocess data for training and validation. Ensure data diversity to cover various defect scenarios. o Develop sampling strategies to maintain a balanced dataset. 8. Training User Interface (UI): o Design and develop an intuitive UI for training the model. o Include features for label assignment, parameter configuration, and basic anomaly trou bleshooting. |
