Digital Advertising Strategy & Execution ．Develop and execute SEM, Display, and Social Ads to drive traffic and conversions, optimizing various media platforms and DSPs. ．Monitor market trends, audience behavior, and competitors, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creatives for improved performance. 2. Ad Optimization & Performance Analysis ．Leverage AI-powered automation and A/B testing to enhance CTR, CVR, and ROAS. ．Use GA4, BI tools, and retargeting (Pixel, CAPI, LINE OA) for data-driven optimization. 3. Collaboration & Strategic Impact ．Align ad strategies with BU Marketing BPs, optimize resources, and strengthen agency and platform partnerships. ．Contribute to team strategy and decision-making to maximize digital ad performance. 管理責任：管理人數未定 其他條件 ＜ Technical Skills ＞ ．8+ years of digital marketing and ad placement experience in SEM, Display, and Social Media Ads.
