| 工作內容 |

UI/UX Strategy & Website Experience Optimization ．Conduct UX research, user journey mapping, and usability analysis to optimize website flows. ．Enhance website navigation, layout structures, and interaction design to improve retention rates. ．Integrate brand identity and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints. 2. Data-Driven UI/UX Improvements ．Regularly analyze website performance metrics, including: - Time on site - Click-through rate (CTR) - Average pages per session - Bounce rate ．Use data insights, A/B testing, and heatmaps to refine UI/UX design. ．Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve lead generation and sales. 3. Campaign & Landing Page Design ．Design high-converting UI/UX layouts for promotional and event landing pages. ．Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless user experiences for digital campaigns. ．Conduct post-campaign analysis and iterate designs based on user engagement data. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement ．Work with IT & development teams to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX updates. ．Partner with marketing and eCommerce teams to align UI/UX with business and sales goals. ．Optimize the design workflow, UI/UX guidelines, and component libraries for scalable design efficiency. 管理責任：管理人數未定 其他條件 ＜ Technical Skills ＞ ．UI/UX Design & Wireframing: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. ．User Research & Usability Testing: Experience in conducting A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and user behavior analysis....... |
