Corporate Identity System (CIS) Development & Management ．Define and maintain the Corporate Identity System (CIS) for the group and its business units. ．Develop design guidelines, typography, color schemes, and layout principles to ensure consistency. ．Regularly review and update CIS standards based on brand evolution and market trends. 2. Graphic Design Production & Creative Support ．Design marketing collateral, product packaging, digital assets, event materials, and internal communication visuals. ．Ensure all design outputs align with brand positioning and target audience expectations. ．Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaign visuals, social media graphics, and promotional materials. 3. Design Process Optimization & Standardization ．Establish design production workflows, project timelines, and approval processes to enhance efficiency. ．Create and implement ready-to-use design templates for BUs to streamline content creation. ．Introduce best practices for print and digital design, ensuring high-quality execution across all channels. 4. External Vendor & Outsourcing Management ．Develop guidelines for outsourcing, including vendor selection, quality control, and cost management. ．Manage third-party designers, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring their work meets brand standards. ．Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables with external vendors to optimize cost efficiency. 5.
