Space Planning & Interior Design Execution ．Develop spatial design concepts that integrate Clinico Group’s brand identity into its physical environments. ．Plan and optimize customer flow, functional areas, and visual aesthetics in offices, stores, and clinics. ．Ensure all spatial designs align with brand strategy, operational needs, and consumer expectations. 2. Store Iteration & Standardization ．Collaborate with ear care operations teams to develop store layout iteration plans, selecting pilot locations for testing. ．Analyze customer experience, operational efficiency, and design effectiveness, then refine store models for large-scale implementation. ．Define visual consistency and spatial experience guidelines for existing and new stores. 3. Clinic Design & New Location Development ．Work with clinic operations teams to design layouts for new and renovated clinics, incorporating the group’s core brand concepts. ．Improve patient flow, accessibility, and overall user experience in clinic environments. ．Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations and design best practices. 4. Vendor & External Partner Management ．Oversee outsourced design firms, architects, contractors, and interior designers. ．Manage cost negotiations, project timelines, and quality control for outsourced design projects. ．Ensure construction and renovation projects meet brand and design standards. 5.
