Social Media Strategy & Governance ．Establish group-level social media guidelines, ensuring alignment across HQ and BU teams. ．Define and implement social media strategies for key platforms (FB, IG, Threads, X, TikTok, etc.), ensuring they align with business objectives and audience insights. ．Assign operational roles and responsibilities: - HQ (Group-Level Messaging & Strategy) - BUs (Localized Social Engagement, Community Interaction, and Private Message Responses) 2. Social Media Monitoring & Online Reputation Management ．Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations, brand mentions, and audience sentiment. ．Generate monthly and quarterly reports on brand reputation, customer sentiment, and competitor insights. ．Provide BU teams with actionable recommendations to strengthen crisis response and community engagement strategies. 3. Buzz Marketing & Viral Content Strategy ．Develop and execute trend-driven content that encourages organic sharing and viral engagement. ．Work with external agencies to seed brand-positive discussions and strategically manage brand perception. ．Collaborate with influencers, fan pages, and online communities to expand brand reach and foster engagement. 4. Community Engagement & Influencer Partnerships ．Build and maintain relationships with key social media influencers, content creators, and community leaders. ．Execute co-branded campaigns, giveaways, and partnerships that generate excitement and engagement. ．Create interactive social experiences (polls, Q&A sessions, live streams) to strengthen audience connections. 5.
