Affiliate Marketing & Revenue Growth ．Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive incremental revenue. ．Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value affiliate partners, influencers, and referral networks. ．Design and optimize the affiliate commission structure, ensuring it incentivizes partners effectively. ．Implement data-driven performance tracking to measure affiliate success and optimize partner relationships. 2. Partnership Management & Business Development ．Build and manage strategic partnerships with local and global organizations, digital platforms, and industry influencers. ．Develop customized partnership models, including revenue-sharing agreements, co-marketing initiatives, and white-label collaborations. ．Negotiate partnership terms and establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. ．Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, legal, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements. 3. Affiliate Tracking & Commission System Implementation ．Implement and optimize an affiliate tracking system that accurately records sales, conversions, and partner performance. ．Collaborate with tech and finance teams to ensure seamless tracking, reporting, and commission payouts. ． Continuously refine and improve the commission and incentive models based on market trends and partner feedback. 4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization ．Analyze affiliate and partnership performance metrics to ensure sales and ROI goals are met. ． Optimize affiliate and partner marketing strategies based on data-driven insights. ．Develop reports and presentations for executive leadership, summarizing performance trends and growth opportunities. 5.
