Investor Engagement & Relationship Management ．Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international investors, including: Venture capital firms (VCs) Institutional investors (securities firms, mutual funds, asset managers) ．Proactively communicate the company’s financial performance, strategic direction, and investment highlights. ．Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, analyst briefings, and shareholder communications. 2. Financial Communication & Corporate Messaging ．Develop investor presentations, earnings reports, and financial disclosures to ensure transparent communication. ．Align investor messaging with the company’s business performance, industry trends, and growth outlook. ．Work closely with CFO, CMO, COO, CEO, and Corporate Communications to refine financial storytelling. 3. Investor Meetings & Events Management ．Plan and execute investor roadshows, earnings calls, and capital market conferences. ．Organize and host corporate earnings presentations, institutional investor briefings, and Q&A sessions. ．Coordinate with company spokespersons and executives for press conferences and earnings announcements. 4. Regulatory Compliance & Market Disclosure ．Ensure compliance with stock exchange regulations and financial disclosure requirements. ．Prepare and publish mandatory investor announcements, earnings reports, and corporate filings. ．Monitor investor sentiment and market trends to adjust communication strategies accordingly. 5.
