Creative Leadership & Strategy ．Develop and execute a comprehensive creative vision that aligns with the company’s brand identity and business goals. ．Oversee all design functions, including printed materials, video production, space design, and UI/UX, ensuring consistency and innovation. ．Establish and enforce brand guidelines and creative standards across all platforms. ．Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams to integrate design into overall business strategies. 2. Multi-Disciplinary Design Oversight ．Print & Graphic Design: Lead the creation of marketing materials, corporate branding assets, and visual communication strategies. ．Video & Motion Graphics: Direct the production of compelling video content for internal and external campaigns. ．Space & Experience Design: Oversee interior branding, exhibitions, and physical brand experiences. ．UI/UX & Digital Experience: Ensure digital touchpoints are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business goals. 3. Team Leadership & Development ．Build and lead a cross-functional team of designers, videographers, and UX/UI professionals. ．Develop a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team. ．Provide mentorship, training, and career development opportunities for team members. ．Implement best practices and streamline workflows to maximize efficiency and impact. 4.
