Video Production & Content Creation ．Oversee the production of high-quality video content, including brand videos, promotional campaigns, product showcases, and corporate storytelling. ．Ensure all video content is aligned with brand identity, marketing objectives, and audience expectations. ．Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to develop compelling video concepts and scripts. 2. Video Production Guidelines & Workflow Optimization ．Establish and enforce video production guidelines, ensuring consistency across different BUs. ．Develop efficient workflows for video planning, shooting, editing, and post-production. ．Continuously refine production processes based on internal feedback, consumer insights, and market trends. 3. External Vendor & Agency Management ．Manage external production agencies, freelance videographers, and video editing vendors. ．Negotiate project costs, production timelines, and deliverables to ensure cost-efficient and high-quality output. ．Oversee vendor selection, contract management, and quality assurance for outsourced video projects. 4. Post-Production & Video Editing Supervision ．Oversee video editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to enhance production quality. ．Ensure all videos meet technical standards for different distribution platforms (social media, digital ads, events, etc.). ．Conduct A/B testing on video content to evaluate audience engagement and optimize future productions. 5.
