SEO-Focused Website Development & Management ．Plan and collaborate with IT teams to build and optimize the group and BU websites for SEO performance. ．Ensure regular website updates and feature improvements to enhance SEO rankings and user experience. ．Implement A/B testing (MVP tests) for new content features and refine strategies based on results. 2. Content Creation & Optimization for SEO ．Develop and manage SEO-driven content strategies, including keyword research, topic ideation, and on-page optimization. ．Create high-quality content through in-house writing, influencer collaborations, and AIGC tools. ．Leverage AI-powered content tools to automate and optimize content for improved SEO ranking. ．Maintain consistent content publishing schedules to drive continuous traffic growth. 3. Event-Based Content Marketing ．Plan and execute content strategies for specific marketing campaigns and corporate social responsibility (CSR) events (e.g., local donation programs). ．Ensure event-related content is strategically distributed before, during, and after the event to maximize impact. ．Convert event coverage into long-term brand assets, reinforcing the company's presence in relevant searches. 4. Cross-Department Collaboration for - Traffic & Conversion Optimization ．Work closely with eCommerce and IT teams to optimize content-driven traffic conversion. ．Conduct A/B tests and analyze user behavior to refine content performance strategies. ．Align content marketing efforts with new feature rollouts and product updates to maximize user engagement. 5.
