1.行政作業:歸檔、發送電子郵件、打字、掃描、影印,及維護餐廳日常營運所需的資料。
2.為餐飲部經理及所有餐飲營運部門提供行政支援。
3.管理和維護餐飲部行事曆、會議與約會安排;記錄、轉錄並分發會議紀錄。
4.確保所有透過電話、電子郵件及評論收到的客訴,立即通報餐飲部經理及行政總廚。
5.視需要支援餐飲場館的營運需求。
6.對內對外均提供高水準的顧客服務。
7.確保所有餐飲部的菜單、印刷品及數位宣傳品皆為最新版本,且保持良好狀態。
8.準備活動訂單(EO),並與客戶/各部門主管溝通,協調活動需求、流程安排、私人
宴會與飯店活動等。
9.傳達訊息,確保部門內部溝通順暢有效。
10.確保餐飲相關設備與物資隨時充足。
11.向餐飲團隊成員提供 IHG(洲際酒店集團)相關指引。
Perform general administrative duties ie; filing, sending emails, typing, scanning,
copying, maintaining restaurant smooth operations materials.
Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage Manager and all F&B
outlets.
Manage and maintain Food and Beverage calendar schedules, meetings, and
appointments. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Ensure all complaints received by phone, emails, and reviews are communicated
to the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef immediately
Provide support to operational needs in the F&B venues whenever needed
Deliver a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
Ensuring all F&B menu, printed and digital collaterals are up to date and in good
physical condition
Prepare EO and communicate with clients / department heads for cooperation,
event requests, rundowns for private events, hotel funcations.. etc.
Cascade information and ensure communication is effectively passed through
the department
Ensure the adequacy of F&B-related equipment or material is available at all
times.
Provide IHG guidance to F&B team members
