| 工作內容 |
— Instils the importance of safety in every staff and achieve zero accident in the area of responsibility — Manage & execute PGP project with safety, schedule and budget control. — Support implementation and compliance of Quality, Safety and compliance standards — Provide Training and coaching to site personnel on relevant PGP Engineering and Ops matters — Manage technical aspect at PGP production plant. — Manage initiate Engineering projects associated with PGP plant upgrades and plant improvements — Review and manage ongoing production process project at the operational level — Manage production process project for safety, schedule, cost, quality of system in LLH ESG plants — Educate production process engineering / project team to successfully execute project 工作技能 專案成本╱品質╱風險管理、專案時間╱進度控管、專案規劃執行╱範圍管理、專案溝通╱整合管理、專案管理架構及專案說明、行銷製作物規劃與執行、提案與簡報技巧 其他條件 — Engineering Degree level education — Proven leadership, management & coaching skills with in depth knowledge of business processes and strategy — Minimum 5 years of experience in gas operations — Highly developed Engineering skills — Ability to develop technical solutions in line with PGP business. — Strong data processing and analytical capability — Ability to create and lead multi-functional teams — Strong communication & problem solving skill — Project/change management skills — Demonstrated ability to work across functions — Team player — Good interpersonal skills - the ability to influence all levels of the organization is critical — Seeks to continuous improvements on current processes — Good communication & information sharing skills — Fluent in written & spoken English, and conversational local language 需出差，一年累積時間約三個月以下 |
